Beni Bear spends a lot of his time with Hop Skip and Jump. He plays with his friends as often as he can and makes sure that they have everything they need; from storage units to arts and crafts materials, Beni Bear has done his best to supply it through constant fundraising.
Hop Skip and Jump provide flexible and immediate respite day care and support, for families and carers of those with complex needs. They strive to provide an opportunity for anyone and their families to access a safe, supportive and happy place where everyone can enjoy a variety of things to do and make new friendships, regardless of any additional needs they may have.
They offer a range of clubs, activities and respite opportunities for children as well as young adults and their support network.
With a team of qualified and dedicated Play Workers, their Head of Care and their Centre Supervisor, they work with a number of external organisations and the local authority to support as many families as possible.

Beni Bear has made a new association in the UK - The Autism Trust!
"Being told that your precious child has autism can be heartbreaking and
frightening. My son Billy was diagnosed with severe autism when he was just
over two years old. That was back in 1998. I am happy to say that we have
come a long way since that time. He is now 15 years old and is described
as "high functioning" and his progress is ongoing. That progress is due in
no small part to the excellent biomedical and educational interventions we
were able to access for him."
Through a variety of campaigns, we raised awareness about autism.
In June 2012, we established the UK headquarters in Sunninghill complete with a Polly's Place social enterprise shop featuring handmade products beautifully crafted by people with autism, Asperger's and related conditions and their families. Our building is also a training centre where young adults with autism can practice vocational skills, job training and work towards an ASDAN certificate.
Beni Bear is also in contact with Swindon South MP Mr Robert Buckland. Robert Buckland MP is also keen to raise awareness for children with Autism. Find out more at the following links:
