Beni Bear's Story...

Beni Bear arrived to live with his mummy on 25 December 2012. When he arrived, he was 3 years old (and I think he will always remain that age) and he had no clothes or possessions.

Over a few months, Beni Bear was given clothes, toys and a good home. He really was a fortunate little bear. One thing he didn't have was many friends so he created a Facebook page and a Twitter account so that he could make friends in the world.

Not long after he started to make friends, he told his mummy that because he was such a lucky bear, he wanted to help little boys and girls that needed anything from a hug or a smile to equipment or trips out to nice places and he wanted to fund raise for these things.

He decided to support a hometown charity, Hop Skip & Jump Respite Centre where volunteered his time playing and doing arts and crafts with some amazing children. He also started his own fundraising group, The Beni Bear Club, so he could raise money to buy things for his special friends. He has been doing so well that The Beni Bear Club has become a Charitable Company and now Beni Bear believes he can do so much more good work.

If you would like to know more about Beni Bear, please email him and he will reply, or visit his social media pages to see what adventures he has been on spreading the news about The Beni Bear Club and where he will be making appearances with his fund raising.
